Before you contact Starvue PugsÔ 

Read this information by following the above link before you get started on the adoption process below to save you time and energy.

Step I:  The Application

You'll need to complete and mail this application to get started.  

Step II: Title Rebates & Current Adoption Fee Designations 

Break down of the rebate program and adoption fees.

 
Step III:  The Written Agreement

A detailed agreement clearly describing what is expected from both parties in order to protect the three entities: The Applicant, Starvue PugsÔ, and the dog.  

 
Step IV:  The Interview

A chance for everyone to get to know each other a little better and ask questions.  A meeting in Brewster, Massachusetts is required for all Massachusetts applicants, all applicants with children, and all persons adopting a Starvue PugÔ older than 5 months of age.  The Interview is conducted via telephone for non-Massachusetts residents.  Applicants with children under 10 years of age may be required to attend several meetings.

Step V:  The Reference Check

The references you provided in Step I are contacted.  You may also request to receive references from Starvue PugsÔ in the form of direct correspondence from persons who have already adopted a Starvue PugÔ.
